Job Summary
Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans while providing high-quality outpatient Physical Therapy care in the Greater Phoenix area. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment as needed, supervise Physical Therapy Assistants and support staff, and maintain accurate documentation. Educate patients on pain science, nutrition, and injury prevention while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. This PT-owned clinic offers a balanced caseload of 10-12 patients daily, with no weekends or holidays, and includes a $15k sign-on bonus plus a path to Clinic Director.
Required Qualifications
- Arizona Physical Therapist License (or eligibility)
