Job Summary
Physical Therapist (PT) needed at Yadkin Nursing Care Center to join a multidisciplinary rehab team. Responsibilities include delivering in-house therapy with progressive treatment modalities to address a variety of diseases and impairments and developing individualized treatment plans for patients and their families; candidates must be graduates of an accredited therapy program and licensed in the state where the SNF is located.
