Physical Therapist assessing patients and delivering skilled interventions across settings (outpatients, inpatients, pediatrics, and off-site locations) per plan of care; develops and revises treatment plans, provides direct therapy, and educates patients and families; documents care in EMR, maintains productivity, supervises therapy assistants as applicable, and adheres to department policies and standards; requires 2 years of experience in a comparable setting and active licensure in the practicing state; sign-on bonus may apply for eligible full-time offers.
