Job Summary
Physical Therapist (PT)Provides full-range physical therapy services including patient assessments, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions in an interdisciplinary setting. Responsibilities include conducting thorough assessments, developing and implementing personalized treatment plans with exercises and manual therapy, educating patients and families on posture, body mechanics, and exercise techniques, maintaining accurate documentation of progress and plans, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care. Licensure requirements include a current, valid state PT license and CPR certification (preferred). 0-1 years of experience expected. Location: Houston, TX. Required Qualifications
- Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Current PT licensure in the state
- CPR certification (preferred)
- 0-1 years experience in physical therapy
- Ability to conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Experience with therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities
- Excellent patient and family education skills
- Strong documentation practices and regulatory compliance
- Collaborative/interdisciplinary team experience
- Commitment to professional ethics and patient-centered care
