Job Summary
Perform diagnostic tests and measurements including mobility, range of joints, transfer status, stability, ambulation patterns, strength, endurance, balance, and safety assessments. Develop and implement individualized care plans with manual therapeutic exercises, gait training, and balance interventions. Implement integumentary protective interventions to prevent and repair wounds using evidence-based dressings. Continually assess and revise the Physical Therapy care plan while educating clients and family members on rehabilitative care and independent living skills. Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations using a state-of-the-art touch pad tablet. Full-time or long-term positions available with competitive pay ranging from $70-$80 per point, weekly pay schedule, and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and PSLF eligibility.
Required Qualifications
- A current Physical Therapist - PT license in Hawaii
- Graduation from a program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association or the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the American Medical Association, as indicated by school transcript or diploma

- prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR)
