Job Summary
Perform physical therapy evaluations and establish individualized treatment plans for residents recovering from orthopedic, neurological, and post-acute conditions. Provide treatment focused on strength, gait training, balance, endurance, mobility, and pain management while monitoring progress and maintaining accurate clinical documentation. Collaborate with nursing, rehab staff, physicians, and families to coordinate care in a stable caseload environment. Requires an active Physical Therapist license; offers $43–$50/hour with medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and CEU reimbursement.
