Physical Therapist (PT)

Physical Therapist (PT) in a school-based setting serving students in the Houston area. Responsibilities include providing PT services aligned with IEP goals, evaluating motor skills and mobility, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, delivering services in-person and via teletherapy, collaborating with teachers and speech-language/pathology staff, helping students access classroom environments, monitoring progress, maintaining compliant documentation, and participating in ARD/IEP meetings. Requires current Texas Physical Therapy license and a degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program; pediatric or school-based experience is a plus. Opportunities include both full-time and part-time placements with in-person and teletherapy options based on district needs.
