Job Summary
Provide professional physical therapy services to assigned patients in a hospital setting, including evaluation, treatment planning and implementation, ongoing re-assessment and discharge planning; collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care; maintain active PT licensure and BLS; contribute to patient experience and team performance in a 24-hour work week (PRN role).
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited baccalaureate or post-baccalaureate program in Physical Therapy
- Current Basic Life Support Certification
- Required Valid Texas License or Temporary License
- 1 year Licensed PT
