Render professional physical therapy to assigned patients, including evaluation, treatment planning, implementation, ongoing re-assessment, and discharge planning. Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to provide direct and indirect patient care while communicating clearly and building relationships to promote a collaborative environment. Always look for ways to improve the patient experience and take initiative for professional growth. Work a 24-hour schedule across all days of the week.
