Job Summary
Conduct therapy interventions using appropriate treatment protocols and techniques to establish individualized care and discharge plans. Complete evaluations to ensure quality standards and address assessment areas requiring attention. Serve as a co-leader in the interdisciplinary approach to patient groups. Maintain BLS certification and adhere to facility-specific licensing requirements. Work full-time in a 74,000 square foot facility featuring four surgery suites and 25 private rooms. Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree
- Physical Therapy licensure in state of practice
- Two years' Physical Therapy experience
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor per AH policy
- Facility Specific License/Certifications
- All required vaccinations as a condition of employment
- Acknowledgement of E-Verify Participation and Right to Work notices
