Job Summary
Physical Therapist position with Beth Israel Lahey Health at Home in Downtown Boston (and Cambridge vicinity), full-time 40 hours/week (Mon-Fri, 8:00-4:30). Responsibilities include coordinating and supervising PTA staff, managing patient care plans, performing ante- and ongoing assessments, administering therapies per physician orders, documenting via OASIS and clinical notes, and collaborating with family and other care providers. Requires MA PT licensure and active BLS; DPT preferred. Minimum 1-2 years PT experience, home health/public health experience preferred; must be a licensed driver with a reliable vehicle. Required Qualifications
- Licensed Physical Therapist with current MA licensure
- Active American Heart Association BLS certification
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program; DPT preferred
- Minimum 1-2 years physical therapy experience; home health/public health experience preferred
- OASIS experience preferred
- Must have a valid driver’s license and a vehicle in good working order
- Ability to work independently and organize workload; strong documentation and communication skills
- Proficiency in coordinating patient care, supervising PTA staff, and developing patient-specific plans of care
- Clinical competency in administering medications/treatments as prescribed and providing patient/family instruction
