Job Summary
Physical Therapist (PT) responsible for providing a full range of physical therapy services including assessment, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions in an interdisciplinary environment. Conduct thorough assessments of patients’ physical conditions and rehabilitation needs; develop and implement personalized treatment plans with therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and modalities to improve function; educate patients and families on exercise techniques, posture, body mechanics, and strategies to manage conditions; maintain accurate documentation of progress and outcomes; collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care. Requires current state PT licensure and related CPR certification (preferred).
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Current, valid state PT licensure or certification
- CPR certification (current, preferred)
- Experience: 0-1 years
