Job Summary
Provide skilled PT-related therapy services to residents in Skilled Nursing Facilities while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function, and quality of life. Work inside dedicated therapy gyms within Valencia Hills Health and Rehabilitation Center and Scott Lake Health and Rehabilitation Center, helping residents regain function and independence through skilled, compassionate care. This position requires an active Florida PT license and offers flexible scheduling, a $1,000 referral bonus, and access to state-of-the-art rehab equipment.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited PT program
- Active Florida PT license (or license-eligible)
Desired Qualifications
- SNF or post-acute experience
- Net Health knowledge
