Job Summary
Provide skilled PT-related therapy services to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function, and quality of life. This PRN role requires a graduate of an accredited PT program and an active Florida PT license (or license-eligible), with SNF or post-acute experience preferred. Per diem scheduling and increased rates when benefits are waived.
