Job Summary
PRN Physical Therapist (PT) at Step Up Rehab in Naples, FL (SNF). Provide skilled PT services to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function, and quality of life. Requires Florida-licensed PT (or license-eligible) with a background in SNF or post-acute settings preferred. Per diem scheduling with flexible hours; travel stipend opportunities and competitive pay. Exclusive focus on delivering high-quality rehab care with modern facilities and equipment. Eligible for increased rates when medical benefits are waived. Location: Naples facility, 900 Imperial Golf Course Blvd, Naples, FL 34110.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited PT program
- Active Florida PT license (or license-eligible) required
- SNF or post-acute experience preferred
- Net Health knowledge preferred
