Job Summary
Evaluate residents, develop effective treatment plans, and obtain approval for service from referring physicians. Treat patients according to the physician's plan, screen residents for potential PT intervention benefits, and participate in discharge planning. Record evaluations, treatments, and charges while supervising Physical Therapist Assistants and Aides. Requires a Virginia Physical Therapy License or active licensure pursuit. Required Qualifications
- currently licensed in Virginia
- graduate from an approved Physical Therapist program
- actively working toward obtaining licensure
- Virginia Physical Therapy License
