Handle a full clinical caseload of 10–12 patients daily while utilizing Limber Health software to support at-home care. Earn monthly incentives tied to daily visit thresholds and complete a six-week onboarding program featuring mentorship and residency-style development. Base salary ranges from $83,000 to $110,000 annually, with a sign-on bonus available in select locations.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited PT program
- Current or pending state licensure
- BLS certification
- Strong interpersonal skills and team-oriented mindset
- Ability to manage a full clinical caseload (10–12 patients/day)
