Job Summary
Provide skilled PT-related therapy services to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function, and quality of life. Eligible candidates hold an active Florida PT license (or license-eligible) and have SNF or post-acute experience preferred. Per Diem PRN position with flexible scheduling, competitive pay, and benefits; opportunities include travel stipends and Daily Pay. Familiarity with Net Health knowledge is preferred; the role supports modern rehab gyms and a supportive leadership culture.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited PT program
- Active Florida PT license (or license-eligible)
- SNF or post-acute experience preferred
