Job Summary
Provide skilled physical therapy services to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) with collaboration across the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function, and quality of life. PRN scheduling with flexible hours. Must hold an active Florida PT license (or license-eligible). SNF/post-acute experience and Net Health knowledge are preferred.
