Job Summary
Provide PT services in home health using AI-supported documentation to focus on patient mobility and recovery goals while reducing administrative burden. Conduct therapy sessions tailored to individual patients, leverage AI systems to capture progress in real time, and connect with patients without being distracted by documentation tasks. Must hold a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy and an active PT license in the employing state(s); BLS from American Heart Association is required within 30 days of hire. Two years of experience in acute care or rehabilitation is highly preferred. Sign-on bonus offered. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy
- Active and unencumbered Physical Therapist license in state(s) of employment
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association (required within 30 days of hire)
