Job Summary
Provide pediatric physical therapy in home-based settings within the Meridian territory, partnering closely with families and care teams to support strength, mobility, and confidence. Utilize efficient, point-of-care documentation tools to track functional progress while minimizing administrative burden. Deliver meaningful therapy focused on movement and mobility without excessive documentation or long drive times. Requires a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT), active state license, and BLS/CPR certification. Required Qualifications
- Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program
- Meets qualifications as established by APTA
- Active Physical Therapy License in State of Practice
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Reliable transportation
- Valid driver's license
