Evaluate and treat patients to improve strength, mobility, and functional independence while developing and implementing individualized treatment plans. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team and document patient progress using EMR systems, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations. Work full-time Monday through Friday in a Senior Living Community setting in Carmichael, CA.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Current CA License (or eligible to obtain)
