Job Summary
Provide Physical Therapy services to children in the school setting, performing evaluations, assessments, and progress tracking. Deliver therapy as mandated in Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) while assisting with functional mobility, orientation, safety directives, and exercises. Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and other professionals to support each child's goals. Complete all required documentation and progress notes. This role supports the educational and developmental needs of pediatric populations throughout Long Island and New York City, offering free continuing education through Medbridge and access to clinical support teams.
Required Qualifications
- valid and unencumbered Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or proof of license and eligibility
- qualifying degree in Physical Therapy
