Physical Therapist (PT)

Perform initial and ongoing assessments of patient condition and functional status, then develop and update individualized plans of care based on patient goals and capabilities. Plan and execute evidence-based interventions to maintain, improve, or restore function, alleviate pain, and prevent dysfunction using standard techniques and modalities. Administer physical agents, operate equipment safely, and evaluate, fit, and adjust prosthetic and orthotic devices. Direct and supervise PTAs, students, and support personnel while accurately documenting assessments, interventions, and progress toward goals. Participate in performance improvement and continuing education.
