Physical Therapist (PT) - Rantoul Outpatient Clinic

Evaluates and treats patients of all ages in an outpatient clinic setting, designing and adjusting a plan of care to meet goals and discharge plans; provides patient, family, caregivers, and staff education; performs examinations, documents in the therapy EMR, and uses modalities such as ultrasound, interferential, and iontophoresis; collaborates with referring providers to monitor progress and outcomes; requires licensure as a Physical Therapist in Illinois and BLS, with ongoing CEUs for acute stroke care, and includes a sign-on bonus.
