Provide skilled PT-related therapy services to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function, and quality of life. Work inside the dedicated therapy gym within the facility, helping residents regain function and independence through skilled, compassionate care. Maintain realistic caseloads supported by modern rehab gyms and advanced equipment. This role offers flexible scheduling with increased rates when medical benefits are waived. Candidates must hold an active Florida PT license or be license-eligible, with SNF or post-acute experience preferred. Net Health knowledge is preferred.
