Job Summary
PRN Physical Therapist (PT) in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) at Naples facility. Provide skilled PT services to residents, collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function, and quality of life. Requires graduation from an accredited PT program and an active Florida PT license (or license-eligible); SNF/post-acute experience and Net Health knowledge preferred. Required Qualifications
