Job Summary
Provide high-quality physical therapy services at outpatient clinics with minimal supervision, develop treatment plans, supervise assistants and aides, and deliver patient-centered care. Maintain open communication with patients, PRO Rehabilitation Services staff, and physicians; cultivate relationships with physicians and their offices; participate in community activities to promote PRO Rehab and support local communities. Ideal candidate is a graduate of an APTA-accredited program with PA licensure, with mentorship and professional-growth opportunities, and a willingness to treat a diverse patient population in a team-focused outpatient setting. Full-time role with Monday–Friday schedule; competitive salary and benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) accredited school of physical therapy
- Valid PA State Physical Therapist License
- Experience preferred but new grads are welcome to apply
