Job Summary
Establish appropriate goals and creatively execute treatment plans for older adult patients while supervising Physical Therapist Assistants. Maintain productivity standards and complete required documentation as a trusted partner to the community. Work on weekdays with availability for weekend evaluations, covering top-rated senior communities including Garden Spot Village, Maple Farms, and Tel Hai Retirement Community. Maintain at least one year of acute care, long-term care, and rehabilitation experience with Nethealth experience.
Required Qualifications
- Be a graduate of an accredited school for Physical Therapists
- Hold a valid state license
- Ability to work on weekdays
- At least 1 year of acute care, long-term care and/or rehabilitation experience
- Nethealth experience
