Job Summary
Establish appropriate goals and creatively execute treatment plans for the older adult population while supervising Physical Therapist Assistants. Maintain productivity standards and complete required documentation as a member of the interdisciplinary team. Help patients achieve critical outcomes while acting as a trusted partner to the community. This per diem role at Menonite Memorial Home in Bluffton, OH requires weekday and weekend coverage. You must be a licensed graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy school.
Required Qualifications
- Be a graduate of an accredited school for Physical Therapists
- Hold a valid state license
- Ability to work flexible hours and weekends
