Job Summary
Establish appropriate goals and creatively execute treatment plans for the geriatric population while supervising Physical Therapist Assistants. Maintain productivity standards and complete required documentation as a member of the interdisciplinary team. Help patients achieve critical outcomes while acting as a trusted partner to the community. Work flexible hours and weekends as a PRN employee-owner team member at Breeze Park.
Required Qualifications
- Be a graduate of an accredited school for Physical Therapists.
- Hold a valid state license.
- Ability to work flexible hours and weekends.
Desired Qualifications
- It's great to have had acute care, long-term care and/or rehabilitation experience but not always required!
