Job Summary
Establish appropriate goals and creatively execute treatment plans for the older adult population while supervising Physical Therapist Assistants. Maintain productivity standards and complete required documentation as a member of the interdisciplinary team to help patients achieve critical outcomes. Act as a trusted partner to the community you serve in senior-living and post-acute settings. This role requires a valid state license and the ability to work flexible hours and weekends. Required Qualifications
- Be a graduate of an accredited school for Physical Therapists.
- Hold a valid state license.
- Ability to work flexible hours and weekends.
Desired Qualifications
- It's great to have had acute care, long-term care and/or rehabilitation experience but not always required!
