Job Summary
Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with families and the interdisciplinary care team. Provide physical therapy services focused on restoring mobility, strength, function, and independence. Conduct screenings to identify residents needing intervention, supervise PTA staff, and initiate referrals per department procedures. Document clearly and efficiently to support quality outcomes. This in-house, family-owned organization prioritizes clinician-led care with protected therapy time and mentorship for new graduates.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Current PT license or license-eligible
