Job Summary
Provide physical therapy services to residents in Sprenger Health Care facilities, conduct screenings to determine needs, evaluate residents to inform treatment planning, coordinate treatment plans with residents, family and team members, and implement treatments as outlined, with opportunities for professional growth and benefits; PRN scheduling within a senior living and rehabilitation setting.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Successful completion of National Certification Examination for Registered Physical Therapist
- Current state licensure or license eligible
- Ongoing continuing education and professional development
