Job Summary
Pivot Rehabilitation seeks PRN Physical Therapists to screen, evaluate, and treat patients at multiple Southeast Texas locations (Bonne Vie - Port Arthur, Magnolia Manor - Groves, Oakwood Manor - Vidor, Mill Creek - Silsbee). Key duties include conducting comprehensive evaluations, developing measurable treatment goals, creating and adjusting treatment plans to help patients reach maximum independence, supervising physical therapist assistants and rehab staff, and communicating evaluation findings and treatment plans to patients, families, and the care team. Requirements include graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program and current state licensure; strong communication and patient-relations skills are essential. Required Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited School of Physical Therapy
- Current licensure as a physical therapist in the state of current practice
