Job Summary
Screens, evaluates, and treats patients; conducts comprehensive evaluations; reviews patient records; establishes measurable goals and treatment plans; supervises physical therapist assistants and rehab techs; communicates evaluation findings and treatment program to patients, family, and team members. Requires graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program and current licensure in practicing state; emphasizes communication skills and ability to perform job duties with accommodations as needed. Required Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited School of Physical Therapy
- Current licensure as a physical therapist in the state of current practice
- Must have good communication skills and be able to relate professionally and positively to patients, patients’ family members, and staff
