Job Summary
PRN Physical Therapist position at Pivot Rehabilitation in San Antonio area clinics (Coronado at Stone Oak, Windemere at Westover Hills, Sorrento, Sundance Inn Health Center in New Braunfels). Responsibilities include screening, evaluating, and treating patients; completing comprehensive evaluations; reviewing records for diagnoses and cautions; establishing measurable goals and developing treatment plans to maximize independence; supervising PTAs and rehab techs in direct patient care; communicating evaluation findings and treatment plans to patients, families, and team members. Qualifications require a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) and active state licensure, strong communication, and ability to perform responsibilities with or without reasonable accommodations. Required Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited School of Physical Therapy
- Current licensure as a physical therapist in the state of current practice
