Job Summary
Conduct physical therapy assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide direct patient care to restore strength, mobility, and function. Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs while documenting treatment sessions and patient outcomes accurately. Collaborate with rehab teams and participate in discharge planning. Perform other duties as assigned. Required Qualifications
- Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Current and unrestricted Physical Therapy license in the state where services are rendered
- Current CPR certification
- Strong organizational and communication skills
