Job Summary
Physical Therapist (PT) needed for PRN roles at multiple Houston-area locations. Responsibilities include screening, evaluating, and treating patients; completing comprehensive evaluations with appropriate tools; reviewing records for diagnoses and medical history; establishing measurable goals and treatment plans to move patients toward independence; supervising PTAs and rehab techs in direct patient care; interpreting and communicating evaluation findings and treatment plans to patients, families, and team members. Requires graduation from an accredited PT program and current state licensure; strong communication skills and the ability to relate professionally to patients, families, and staff; commitment to Pivot Rehabilitation’s DEI values and equal-opportunity hiring. Required Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited School of Physical Therapy
- Current licensure as a physical therapist in the state of current practice
- Must have good communication skills and be able to relate professionally and positively to patients, patients’ family members, and staff
- Must be capable of performing the Responsibilities of this job, with or without reasonable accommodations.
