Job Summary
Provide Physical Therapy services as PRN for multiple TX facilities (Lufkin, Livingston, Woodville). Responsibilities include screening, evaluating, and treating patients; developing and implementing treatment plans; reviewing records; establishing goals for independence/function; supervising PT assistants and rehab techs; interpreting and communicating findings to patients and team; must hold PT licensure in the practicing state and have graduated from an accredited PT program. Competitive hourly pay starting at $43/hour with benefits and 401k; Equal opportunity employer.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited School of Physical Therapy
- Current licensure as a physical therapist in the state of current practice
- Must have good communication skills
- Must be capable of performing the Responsibilities of this job, with or without reasonable accommodations.
