Job Summary
Assess patient needs, develop recovery plans, and deliver physical therapy in facility settings. Design programs to restore, reinforce, and enhance physical abilities while teaching patients and caregivers skills for independence. Collaborate with peers, make referrals to ensure comprehensive care, and adapt to diverse patient needs across skilled nursing, assisted living, outpatient, and home-based environments. This role offers a salary range of $40.00 - $53.00 per hour with full-time, part-time, and PRN options, plus H-1B sponsorship and a Journey Travel program.
Required Qualifications
- valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or proof of license and eligibility
- Master's degree in Physical Therapy
- Master's degree in a Physical Therapy related field in addition to a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience
- qualifying Physical Therapy degree earned outside of the U.S. must be evaluated to be the U.S. equivalent to a degree in Physical Therapy
