Job Summary
Assess patient needs, develop recovery plans, and deliver physical therapy to older adults in skilled nursing, assisted living, outpatient clinics, and home-based settings. Train patients and caregivers on skills to promote independence while collaborating with peers and making referrals to ensure comprehensive care. Report to the Director of Rehab in a facility environment. This part-time opportunity may include full-time hours split with Pottsville. Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or proof of license and eligibility
- Master's degree in Physical Therapy
- Master's degree in a Physical Therapy related field in addition to a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience
- Qualifying Physical Therapy degree earned outside of the U.S. must be evaluated to be the U.S. equivalent to a degree in Physical Therapy
