Job Summary
Assess patient needs, develop recovery plans, and deliver physical therapy to help patients get well. Design programs that restore, reinforce, and enhance physical abilities while training patients and caregivers on skills to promote independence. Collaborate with peers, make referrals to ensure comprehensive care, and adapt to the diverse needs of patients across skilled nursing centers, assisted living facilities, outpatient clinics, and home-based settings. Work in a facility environment under the Director of Rehab, supported by a clinical mentorship program and free continuing education. Required Qualifications
- valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or proof of license and eligibility
- Master's degree in Physical Therapy
- Master's degree in a Physical Therapy related field in addition to a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience
- qualifying Physical Therapy degree earned outside of the U.S. must be evaluated to be the U.S. equivalent to a degree in Physical Therapy
