Job Summary
Assess patient needs, develop recovery plans, and deliver physical therapy to older adults and children in skilled nursing, assisted living, outpatient clinics, and home-based settings. Design programs that restore, reinforce, and enhance physical abilities while teaching patients and caregivers skills to promote independence. Collaborate with peers, make referrals to other care providers, and adapt to diverse patient needs across facility and home environments. Full-time or part-time roles with Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, plus a Clinical Mentorship Program and free CEUs through Medbridge.
Required Qualifications
- valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or proof of license and eligibility
- Master's degree in Physical Therapy
- Master's degree in a Physical Therapy related field in addition to a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience
- qualifying Physical Therapy degree earned outside of the U.S. must be evaluated to be the U.S. equivalent to a degree in Physical Therapy
