Job Summary
Assess patient needs, develop recovery plans, and deliver physical therapy in facility settings. Design programs to restore and enhance physical abilities while training patients and caregivers on skills for independence. Collaborate with peers to make referrals and provide personalized care across skilled nursing, assisted living, outpatient clinics, and home-based environments. Work under the Director of Rehab with full access to clinical mentorship, free continuing education, and Visa sponsorship. Required Qualifications
- valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or proof of license and eligibility
- Master's degree in Physical Therapy
- Master's degree in a Physical Therapy related field in addition to a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience
- qualifying Physical Therapy degree earned outside of the U.S. must be evaluated to be the U.S. equivalent to a degree in Physical Therapy
