Implement physical therapy programs and activities while following developed recovery plans to restore and enhance patients' physical abilities. Deliver care in facility settings by addressing the whole patient as an individual, adapting to specific needs, and collaborating with peers. Make referrals to help patients access additional care required for thriving. Ensure patients and families receive the highest quality service in a caring atmosphere. This role supports Powerback's mission to improve lives through integrated, individualized rehabilitation solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant Program certified by the American Physical Therapy Association
- Licensed and/or eligible for licensure as required by the state of practice
