Job Summary
Assess patient needs, develop recovery plans, and deliver physical therapy to older adults in skilled nursing, assisted living, outpatient clinics, and home-based care. Design programs that restore, reinforce, and enhance physical abilities while training patients and caregivers on skills to promote independence. Collaborate with peers to make referrals when necessary and adapt care to individual patient goals. Report to the Director of Rehab in facility settings. Full-time positions include a $20,000 retention bonus and up to $60/hour; new grads may qualify for a $50,000 incentive. Required Qualifications
- valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or proof of license and eligibility
- Master's degree in Physical Therapy
- Master's degree in a Physical Therapy related field in addition to a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience
- qualifying Physical Therapy degree earned outside of the U.S. must be evaluated to be the U.S. equivalent to a degree in Physical Therapy
