Job Summary
Physical Therapist (PT) needed to provide patient-centered rehabilitation in facility settings across Powerback locations. Assess patient needs, develop recovery plans, and deliver physical therapy while collaborating with a rehab team and educating patients and caregivers to promote independence and productivity. Must maintain licensure and meet degree requirements; opportunities for mentorship, continuing education, visa sponsorship, and relocation assistance are available. Position emphasizes compassionate care, evidence-based practice, and contributing to a collaborative clinical environment in a fast-paced healthcare setting.
Required Qualifications
- 1. They must have a valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or proof of license and eligibility.
- 2. They must have a Master's degree in Physical Therapy; or
- 3. They must have a Master's degree in a Physical Therapy related field in addition to a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy; or
- 4. They must have a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience.
- 5. The qualifying Physical Therapy degree earned outside of the U.S. must be evaluated to be the U.S. equivalent to a degree in Physical Therapy.
