Required Qualifications
- Licensed Physical Therapist in state(s) of practice or eligible
- Master's degree in Physical Therapy; or Master's in PT-related field with Bachelor's in PT; or Bachelor's in PT + 5 years PT experience
- Foreign PT degree evaluated to US equivalent
