Job Summary
Physical Therapist in an in-facility setting at Powerback Rehabilitation. Role involves assessing patient needs, developing recovery plans, delivering physical therapy, teaching patients and caregivers to promote independence, and collaborating with a team to support patient-centered care. Requires valid PT license in state of practice (or eligibility), a Master’s degree in Physical Therapy (or Master’s in a related field with a Bachelor’s in Physical Therapy), or a Bachelor’s in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of PT experience; degree earned outside the U.S. must be evaluated for U.S. equivalence. Compensation ranges from $44.00 to $49.00 per hour with a $10,000 sign-on bonus for full-time roles. Visa or Green Card sponsorship and relocation assistance are offered. Active ongoing professional development through CEUs and mentorship programs are available, with opportunities for growth and cross-site work across the U.S. Powerback emphasizes patient-centered recovery across facilities including skilled nursing, outpatient clinics, and home-based care.
Required Qualifications
- They must have a valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or proof of license and eligibility.
- They must have a Master‘s degree in Physical Therapy; or
- They must have a Master‘s degree in a Physical Therapy related field in addition to a Bachelor‘s degree in Physical Therapy; or
- They must have a Bachelor‘s degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience.
- The qualifying Physical Therapy degree earned outside of the U.S. must be evaluated to be the U.S. equivalent to a degree in Physical Therapy.
